There is no way you can stay still. So you may as well go with it, and enjoy yourself as you move from one place to another. Friends will have some surprises for you as they are ready for a change. They want you to be involved, and you are keen, but look for way out as a situation at work will soon sidetrack you.

Cancer 21 June – 21 July

Money continues to be a focus at the beginning of this month and any issues could lead to emotional reactions. Tensions are really due to feelings of insecurity, and will not be about the actual dollars and cents of life. A solution or a discovery will surprise you. So it’s time to get good advice. Some personal (”me”) time, will help you feel in control.

Leo 22 July – 22 Aug

With the Full Moon in your sign there is a tendency to overreact. It’s best to reflect before reacting, and if people upset you it is a good idea to simply ask “what do you mean by that”. Putting all your eggs in one basket will not work, so diversify your time and energy. During this month you need to negotiate how to share something important.

Relationships are so confusing! And the confusion level just got higher. There is nothing you can do to make logical sense of anything to do with the special people in your life, and for any organized Virgo that is a traumatic experience. What can I say; just let it go, because it’s going to be happening for quite a while. So get used to it.

Amidst this continuing time of darn hard work, your loved ones, or not so loved ones, are going to be doing something surprising. It’s your choice to be upset or not. Or to join with them, or not. Hey; it may liven up your life, so give them a chance to do what they must do. Good regimes of diet and exercise will help any health issues.

Young people, or those young at heart, are exciting, spontaneous, and carefree. Is that a hassle? They are simply doing what they are supposed to do. Let them awaken the inner child in you. Isn’t it time? Another theme in the stars is a spotlight focusing on work and your connection to the ruling authorities (bosses). There is no need to take the situation so literally, or so personally?

Golly I wish I were a Pisces right now! More luck and greater opportunities for you to enjoy yourself this month. Although your energy levels may be lowered. If you do have ongoing hassles, then now is the time that they can be turned around. Even in a storm you will have the opportunity to see the silver lining and hence develop a positive spirit.

22 New Moon in Pisces at 9.34am

Venus and Jupiter are the bright stars seen in the west. They will be visible for a few hours after sunset. Jupiter is the one higher in the sky.  For a beautiful sight go outside and have a look when he moon will be next to Venus on the 26^th, in-between them on the 27^th and next to Jupiter on the 27^th February.

Then turn around and look out for the reddish gleam of Mars in the East.

If you have clear views of the western horizon then look out for a brief glimpse of Mercury just after sunset. He is following the Sun, and if you sit and watch you will see him disappear. He’s easy to spot as you will see him move! The planets were known by the ancients as the “wanderers” that moved differently to the background stars.

And if you stay up late you will see Saturn rise up in from the eastern horizon.

Taurus the Bull is also clear and let the Moon be your guide as on the 1^st Feb she will be near Pleiades in the heart of Taurus, then on the 2^nd the Moon will be below Aldebaran in the eye of the Bull, and finally on the 3^rd the Moon will be between the horns of the Bull.

For all you early birds

For the early risers out there Saturn and Mars will still be up. Mars is reddish and will be towards the east and creamy colored Saturn is overhead. Let the Moon be your guide as she will be next to Mars on the 14^th and Saturn on the 13^th February.

The Scorpio will be rising up from the eastern horizon and clearly visible. Antares is the bright star in his head. The Moon will be right next to Antares on 16^th February. I love looking at the Scorpion. Once you recognize him, you will always be able to spot him when he arrives in the sky above you.

Aries 21 March – 19 April

The wrong information or misinterpreting the right information will lead you astray. This may be with legal matter, holiday plans, or news from abroad. Wait unit later in the month to sort your facts out.   Changes are closer than you think but don’t rush in. OK, you are an Aries so you will rush; but leave yourself room to move back.

Taurus 20 April – 20 May

Youthful action and learning about secrets are the themes this month. Will that mean you fight with kids when you realize what they are up too? Or will it mean you discover your inner child and have an adrenalin rushed adventure? Or anything in-between. Your choice! Lady luck will smile upon you in the work place so look for the  opportunity offered.

People can be so indecisive. Go with the flow as there is nothing you can do to speed things up. They will make up their mind in their own sweet time. Although I bet they say you are the one causing the confusion. And with a Lunar Eclipse in Gemini, they could be right. It will help if you let something go. What, I don’t know, but you will.

Cancer 23 June – 22 July

Work and responsibility does make the world go around. Someone has to do it, and this month it’s your turn. Even if you don’t know what to do, or if it’s right. As long as you are “doing” something you will be happier. Keep your head down and stay away from situations that involve angry words. Nothing will be gained by becoming involved.  

Leo 23 July – 22 Aug

Money and the lack of it bother you. You want to spend impulsively and feel that something delightful, perhaps a holiday, an overseas trip, or a new love is in the wind. But you worry about the resources you need to make it happen. Take a deep breath, make a wish and dream big; and you may find somebody that will help make it happen.

What’s that in the sky?

For all you night owls

Lucky us! Venus and Jupiter are both visible. But you have to be quick for Venus as she is following the Sun and will be setting in the west in the early evening after dark. A beautiful crescent Moon will be next to Venus on the 27^th Dec.

Jupiter will high overhead all month and next to the Moon on the 6^th and 7^th December.

Look half way down to the eastern horizon to see the cluster off stars called the Pleiades, otherwise known as the Seven Sisters, in the shoulder of Taurus the bull. The brightest single star close by is Aldebaran in the eye of the bull.

For all you early birds

Mars and Saturn are visible but are hard to find. Let the Moon be your guide as on the 17^th and 18^th she will be close to reddish colored Mars and the closest bright star is Regulus in the heart of Lion.

And on the 20^th and 21^st the Moon will be close to creamy colored Saturn and the closest bright star is Spica representing the fertile wheat in the hands of the Virgin.

If you look at Saturn with good binoculars you will see the bulge of the rings. Or even the view through a kid’s telescope will show you that there is a strange and amazing planet out there!

This is a great month for talking and connecting with others. I’ll even go so far to say that love is in the air! This is not a logical time, its communication at a more intuitive and understanding level. So don’t try and do your accounting. But please, reach out and explore your connections to others. Specal people may be about to change their mind, but they will likely return.

Cancer 23 June – 22 July

Time to pay attention to your body and to your health. Any problems can be resolved, even long-term ones. Help is available and may come from new sources of information. A delicate dance is needed as some information is right and some will prove to be wrong. This is a month where you could easily lose something of value or overspend, so hold tight to your purse or wallet.

Leo 23 July – 22 Aug

Many social occasions and fun are on the horizon. Meeting new people leads to new ideas. Beware those that ply fair words for their own gains. In other works; beware being conned. There is much to be done, and it does not help that your “get up and go” will soon have “got up and went”, so perhaps regulate how much energy you use, or simply take it easy.

Enjoy some quality time at home. Loved ones will want to come and visit and be nurtured. With Mars entering your sign later in the month your energy levels will rise. If you are not busy enough then you will be restless and easily annoyed, so use the energy supplied and achieve a physical job, perhaps around the house. Oh, I hope it will be more fun than just spring cleaning!

Peace and quiet is a luxury, but this month you need it so step out of the rat race and watch the chaos swirl around you; not through you. Imagine that you are a little back-eddy in a fast moving stream, and this is your change to rest. Seek places of sanctuary, or visit cathedrals built by man or built by nature. Also keep your wallet tightly closed.

Aquarius 20 Jan – 18 Feb

Other people are so energetic and full of vim, but you feeling are so lazy. Groups of like-minded people can inspire you and help you get up and go, but arguments could just as easily happen. Honour where you are at, and go with the flow. Which is easy to say, but hard to do. Nevertheless, this is a good month to think about your long term goals.

Pisces 19 Feb – 20 March

There can be a breakthrough on the work front this month. So look for opportunities as you are being recognized for what you do. It’s all about status and being able to gain some more. But internally you will not be able to get away with neglecting or abusing your body. You may be an armchair athlete or a marathon runner, but still take care of your body.
